“Photography for passion” isn’t just a tagline — it’s the most accurate way to describe what photography means to me: a personal reinterpretation of reality, often inspired by pictorial references, and driven by the privilege of freezing a fleeting moment and preserving it forever.
I’m Italian, and after nearly thirty years in the tourism industry between Italy and Austria, I moved to Mexico in 2013 to combine my two passions: photography and diving.
I’m a certified diver (PADI Open Water and PADI Advanced Open Water), and I’ve been based in Mexico as an underwater photographer, as well as a wedding photographer, ever since.
I specialize in:
I don’t aim for “nice underwater photos.” I aim for images that look designed: deliberate posing, controlled composition, and a visual language that feels editorial and timeless.
My signature is in the finishing: refined skin tones, clean water color, balanced contrast, meticulous detail work, and a consistent cinematic palette. The result is a polished, fine-art look you don’t often see in the Riviera Maya — and it’s what makes the final images feel unmistakably different.

Hey! I'm here too.
I don't understand why Sebi put me in the second position, even though I'm the real "deus ex machina" behind Sebi Messina Photography.
I spend my day sitting at the computer answering emails, sending quotes, organizing the calendar, preparing the shootings. And of course, I'm the one on the other side of the line behind the chat widget. In short, I'm in charge of all the dirty work.
My loyal companions are an always-on roof fan and the constant blast of air conditioning that is starting to cause neck problems...
And if that's not enough, after having been his source of inspiration, Guinea pig and first underwater model, I'm often one of his assistants both during Weddings and Trash The Dress
By the way, I'm also his wife.
